Spring Menu: Chiswick Head Chef Taylor Cullen

If was our pleasure to drop by iconic paddock- to-plate Woollahra restaurant to chat with Head Chef Taylor Cullen.

As well as a tour of their garden and the brand new Spring menu, spotlighting seasonal produce and local suppliers, Taylor took delivery of his new two-button three-piece tailored suit.

Crafted from a rust/salmon Stylbiella-milled Australian Merino wool, Taylor leaned into a contemporary mix of colour and personality, with bold shirt buttons and a darker tone waistcoat. The blazer also featured an appropriate spring floral lining.
